Model for foreign employees------ Martin
 
      Martin is our overseas branch of an ordinary Sudanese Sudanese driver, aged 24 years. To the June 2007 entry since, Martin has been dedication, hard working, quietly at their posts on the self-sacrifice for the company. 
      Martin every day to work on time, never late and leave early. The first thing to work every day scrubbed the car, such as the care of their car care company as a vehicle. One time, my company branch leaders to come to Sudan, need out of the bus at 4 am. Martin family from the company because there are several kilometers away, in that time and no other public transport. So Martin got up at 2 am, nearly 1 hour on foot to the company. To the company, Martin practices in the car cleaned first, and then quietly wait in the car leading car company. Leading after the company asked him why so early, not only need 4 cars. Martin smiled and said: that with my sleep for an hour does not matter, delayed the work of leadership that is absolutely not ah. 
      Martin is not only serious and responsible work, driving skills are exceptional. To the office has never had a traffic violation incident. In addition to daily positive arrangements to complete the company-related matters, Martin also took the initiative to help other Chinese colleagues to help complete the task, Martin, this friendly and warm, loved and praised by colleagues.
